Brian Michael Cromeens, an esteemed attorney in South Texas, is committed to providing his attorney clients with the justice they deserve. After graduating from Tyler Junior College and Texas A&M University, Brian gained valuable experience as an intern for Judge Charles Gonzalez of the Twentry-First District of the State of Texas and as an employee for the former Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives, Tom Craddick.

After attending St. Mary’s Law School, Brian would open his own practice in Cuero Texas, acting as South Texas’ fiercest advocate in the courtroom. With experience across Civil Litigation, Agricultural Law, Probate & Estate Administration, Real Estate Transactions, Personal Injury Claims, and Criminal Defense — Brian offers comprehensive legal services for individuals and entities alike!

In 2010, Brian married Maggie Jo Adams; the couple lives in Cuero Texas with their three children, Hayes, Libby, and Ruby. Unwavering advocates for South Texas youth endeavors in higher education, they are life members of the San Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo and The Poor Boys Buyer’s Syndicate located in DeWitt County – both organizations dedicated to providing scholarship support for those interested in agriculture or science studies.

On January 1, 2025 I will be assuming office as the District Attorney for the 24th Judicial District serving DeWitt, Goliad and Refugio Counties. I will be suspending my private practice during my term of service. I will be carrying a few cases forward in order to resolve them, but will not be taking on any new clients as of December 1, 2024.

It has been a great honor and privilege to have served my clients on a variety of matters as the owner of this firm. My commitment to service shall now be in the public sector.
